Important Notices
- Presentations to the board are limited to 5 minutes.
- Presentations may be virtual or in-person. To participate virtually, presenters will need access to Zoom™. A technical test session is required for first-time presenters.
- Presenters must abide by the Canadian Blood Services’ shared commitment to safe engagement.
- Submitting an expression of interest is not a guarantee of acceptance. Presentation timeslots are limited, and the board reserves the right to select presenters to allow them to engage stakeholders on a range of issues. Those not selected to present will be able to submit to the board in writing and will receive a response.
- Presentations cannot address claims/litigation (including human rights claims) against Canadian Blood Services or be delivered by the claimants/litigants or their representatives.
- In order to be considered, your application must be received by 5 p.m. (EDT) May 29, 2026.
- Decisions will be communicated to applicants at least one week prior to the open board meeting.
